\r\nMattoon, IL-Olive Jean Warfel, age 88, of Mattoon, IL, passed away at 8:20 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Mattoon Health Care Center. \r\nThe graveside service in her honor will begin at 11:15 a.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Mattoon, IL, with Dr. Mark Prevo officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 am prior to the service at Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home, 1200 Wabash Avenue, Mattoon, IL. \r\nMrs. Warfel was born in Coles County, IL, on October 3, 1920, the daughter of Marion and Ora (Riley) Grafton. She is survived by two children, Richard Marion Daniell and wife Vicki Lynn of Mattoon, IL, and Michael Wayne Daniell and wife Carol Ann of Charleston, IL; three sisters, Greta Grafton, Joan Byrne and Yvonne Boyer; four grandchildren, Kevin Wayne Daniell and wife Jill of Mattoon,IL, Kyle Michel Daniell and wife Amber of Rural Greenup, Katina Marie Monzon and husband Rick of Wheeling, IL, and Dayne Wesley Daniell of Arlington Heights, IL.She leaves six great grandchildren, Breanna Daniell of Coles County, IL, Keatyn Daniell of Mattoon, IL, Sydney Daniell of rural Greenup, IL, Sawyer Daniell, of rural Greenup, IL, Colton Daniell of Mattoon, IL, and Kaitlyn Monzon of Wheeling, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.\r\nMrs. Warfel was a 1938 graduate of Mattoon High School and retired from General Electric in 1982.
