(Clavan) Beall. She is survived by eighteen nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; brother Joseph Beall and wife Stella; brother John Beall and wife Roberta; brother Robert Beall; an infant brother; sister Martha Beall; niece Lucy Smith and great-niece Lisa Beall. Mary was a faithful member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Mattoon, IL where she resided for eighty-nine years. She was a selfless volunteer for Mattoon Ladies Guild of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Mattoon Community Food Center. Prior to retirement, Mary performed secretarial services for Hayes Freight Lines and Craig & Craig LLC in Mattoon. Her hobbies included traveling, gardening, reading, crewel work and embroidering, knitting and crocheting. However, Mary’s favorite past time was spent with her family. There was nothing more she loved than the precious moments spent with her nieces and nephews. She treasured those times and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace with a loving smile as she greets her Heavenly Father.
