Mattoon, IL – Nathan Tyler Craig, age 28, of Mattoon, IL, passed away at 7:20 p.m., Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

The funeral service in his honor will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 14, 2010, at Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Home, 1200 Wabash Avenue, Mattoon, IL, 61938. Reverend Stephanie Johanpeter will officiate. Interment will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Nathan was born February 3, 1982, in Mattoon, IL, the son of Larry E. and Paula L. (Vincent) Craig. He married Kimberly June McGinness on August 18, 2001 in Cooks Mills, IL. She survives. Other survivors include his parents, Larry Craig and Paula Cramer, both of Mattoon, IL; three children, Chelsea Craig, and twins, Jayden and Lacy Craig; two brothers, Chris Decker and wife Martha of West Plains, MO, and James Decker and wife Jennifer of Mattoon, IL; and four sisters, Amanda Decker of Laverkin, UT, Aimee Boswell and husband Jeff of Mattoon, IL, Gina Moran and husband Kevin of Sullivan, IL, and Tera Craig of Mattoon, IL.

Nathan was employed with R.R. Donnelly of Mattoon. He enjoyed tattoos, drawing, and art. He collected Hotwheels, and was a fan of lowriders, monster trucks, and anything having to do with electronics.
